The Nonprofit Roundtable is an alliance of over 300 nonprofits and community partners building the strength, visibility, and influence of the nonprofit sector to improve the quality of life for all in the Greater Washington region.
Our work is based on three pillars: Strength, Visibility, and Influence.
- Strength - Empowering leaders
The Roundtable puts nonprofits "at the table” with leaders in media, business and government to create a stronger and more effective region. Both seasoned and emerging leaders look to us for opportunities to sharpen their leadership skills through high-level, high-quality programs.
- Visibility - Increasing outreach
The Roundtable provides ongoing opportunities for members to interact with media representatives, shape the coverage of our sector, and ensure that our collective voice is portrayed accurately and positively to the public.
- Influence - Developing partnerships
The Roundtable developed and facilitates strategic partnerships that promote and better our region where we live, learn, work and play.
We do this work in conjunction with our three affiliates: Nonprofit Montgomery, Nonprofit NoVA, and Nonprofit Virginia.
